About Us

SEEC's mission "is to enable persons with developmental disabilities who have significant needs to live and work as contributing members of the community through individualized advocacy and support."

SEEC follows the philosophy and beliefs adopted by the Board of Directors that all individuals (including those with severe disabilities) have the right to live and work within their community in the same manner as their non-disabled peers. It is the responsibility of professionals, families, and friends to advocate for and train individuals with disabilities to seek out a life of quality and substance.
