  • The Maryland Office for Genetics and People with Special Health Care Needs has developed an online database featuring information on over 800 resources for special needs families throughout Maryland.  Click here to be directed to the search page.

  • The Pacer Center – a national organization whose mission is to expand opportunities and enhance the quality of life of children and young adults with disabilities and their families, based on the concept of parents helping parents. The Pacer Center has archived over 50 webinars (some as short as 7 minutes!) on a wide variety of special education topics, with a particular focus on technology resources.
  • National Center for Learning Disabilities – NCLD has compiled a series of audio interviews and video recordings of parents, learning disabilities (LD) experts, and more cover a wide range of topics of interest to parents, educators, and students and adults with LD. You can listen to the podcasts while you’re on their website, or download them to your portable audio player so that you can listen to them while you’re on the go:  This is the link to their extensive video library:
  • About Special Kids - ASK is Indiana’s Parent to Parent organization.  Like Georgia, they have archived a rich list of webinars on a variety of topics. Some will be Indiana-specific, so be certain to read the descriptions closely.
