| We know that thinking about the future—especially a time when you may not be able to support your son or daughter—can feel overwhelming. This workshop is here to support you in taking the first steps in a thoughtful and hopeful way. You’ll be introduced to the LifeCourse Framework and guided through simple tools to help you: • Reflect on your hopes for your loved one’s future • Think about who will be part of their support system • Identify small, meaningful next steps toward your vision There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is about starting the conversation at your own pace, with support along the way.
