A monthly update on re-envisioning SEEC services post pandemic

Since 1994, the need for quality staff in disability services has been documented in research as lacking. A recent Maryland study found a 34% turnover rate in disability organizations. And a common news story these days is the number of service businesses, including corporations such as airlines and restaurants, competing for similar labor with few staffing up enough to avoid cancelling service.
SEEC is not alone in this challenge and is experiencing challenges in hiring staff with more difficulty than in the past. But we continue to seek new solutions.
