How to Register:
- Click on “Buy Ticket”
- Select number of online zero-dollar virtual attendee tickets and click next.
- Fill in contact information including country
- Click reserve tickets
- Next question is “Are you attending?” and you should click yes
- You will need to create an account with your name, email, password and phone number
- Click create account and click the X at the top right of the screen as the box will not go away otherwise.
- Entering your credit card information is not mandatory. However, no bidding or purchases can be made until your credit card information is entered. Click on the person icon at the top right of the screen to enter card information and be ready to bid and participate!
Tips for Viewing the Program
- You can watch from any device with a web browser. For the best viewing experience, use a laptop or desktop computer.
- The preferred web browsers are Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.
- To watch the event on your TV, log in to the event on your computer, and then connect it to your TV with an HDMI cable. If you have a smart TV, you may be able to cast your computer screen to your TV without plugging in a cable. Use your browser’s zoom in function (CTRL + on a PC or CMD + on a Mac) to increase the size of the videos. You can then log in to the event from your smartphone as well to bid in the auction.
- For easy donating & bidding, register your credit card before the program begins.
- Press PLAY if the videos do not play automatically.
- Increase the volume on the videos if you don’t hear anything.
- Say Hi in the chat!
