Our support is personal and relationship‑based. We focus on long‑term success—not just getting a job but building a working life.

Services
The Learn to Earn program supports people on their journey to employment by highlighting current skills and helping gain new skills. It helps people facing barriers to finding and keeping a job and integrates classroom lessons into the weekly schedules and daily lives of job seekers. Staff teach job related skills with a curriculum that includes technology, building relationships, and emotional regulation.
We start by getting to know the whole person. Through conversations, time together in the community, and observation, we learn about each person’s skills, interests, and what helps them do their best. This information is used to create a Customized Employment Plan and a visual résumé.
Our team works creatively to find job opportunities that match each person’s strengths and interests. We focus on roles that meet real business needs and support long‑term success in the job.
SEEC builds strong relationships with local businesses and government agencies. Our unique employer outreach work ensures we are partnering with employers committed to hiring diverse talent that can contribute to their bottom line. We support employer partners with hiring, onboarding, workplace accommodation, and ongoing guidance and support.
After someone is hired, job coaches provide hands-on support during training and onboarding. Support decreases over time as confidence and independence grow. Ongoing check‑ins are available as needed.
For some people, running their own small business, micro enterprise or doing contract work is a better fit than a traditional job.
SEEC supports people to explore ideas, plan, and develop small businesses or independent work.
