SEEC’s Benefits Counseling service helps jobseekers, employed people and families understand how employment and income affect public benefits such as Social Security, Medicaid, and housing assistance. Our trained staff provide personalized guidance to support informed decision-making and financial planning, ensuring that people with disabilities can pursue work and independence without jeopardizing essential supports.

Hourly Rate $70

SEEC’s Assistive Technology services empower people to live more independently through customized tech solutions. This includes assessment, device or software recommendations, and initial training. Whether it’s a communication device, cognitive support software, or smart home tools, our team helps identify and implement the most effective technologies to enhance independence. We then ensure each person’s Direct Support Professionals have the training they need to support the person and their tools.

$100/hour up to 20 hours

PETA services are designed to build self-advocacy, communication, and life skills for people with disabilities. Through workshops, coaching, and peer-led learning, participants gain confidence in navigating systems, expressing their needs, and making informed choices. These supports promote personal growth and active engagement in one’s own life and community.

One Workshop (10 lessons) $500

These workshops aim to provide family caregivers with knowledge, skills, and confidence to help support their loved one’s increase independence, well-being, and quality of life. Join SEEC’s workshops to learn essential skills to provide safe and effective support; understand rights and improve advocacy; connect to other care-givers to share resources and increase support networks.
