SEEC employs more than 215 people who have devoted their careers to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professionals provide support, coaching, and resources to more than 345 people as they pursue their interests and personal goals in the community. Management staff oversee the work of each department, ensuring that programs reflect the needs, desires, and aspirations of each person we serve. An executive leadership team, comprised of the department directors, guides the daily operations of the agency and reports quarterly to SEEC’s Board of Directors. Our volunteer Quality Advisory Council ensures that supports and services are of the highest caliber.
