Thomas Lorendo is the Program Director of Training and Learning in Knowledge Management at SEEC. Thomas provides leadership for SEEC’s Workforce Training and Learning initiatives and our Maryland Direct Support Training Consortium which includes DSP I, DSP II, and the Frontline Supervisor and Managers training programs. Before coming to SEEC, Thomas worked in Higher Education as a Financial Aid/One Stop Advisor helping students navigate their way through admissions, registration, and financial aid for 13 years. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He was born and raised in the Midwest; Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and loves the outdoors. He is loving exploring opportunities the East Coast offers for camping and hiking spots. Until moving here in 2021, he had never been to the East Coast.
